Memory Leak support

Help with loading cards, joining rooms, and live games.

The launcher does not appear

Start a new ChatGPT conversation, add Memory Leak, and say “Let's play Memory Leak.” If an older iframe is still visible, refresh the Memory Leak developer connection and try again in a new conversation.

A room will not start

Every player shown in the lobby must be online and ready. Ask disconnected players to reopen their live game iframe before the host presses Start game.

A room code does not work

Check all six characters and make sure the room has not expired or already started. Room codes do not contain 0, 1, I, or O.

Before contacting support

Include the approximate time, room code, browser, and what you expected to happen. Never send memory-card text, player credentials, or private ChatGPT conversation content.
